How to fill out your paperwork for expunging old charges. This is if you’ve completed all your conditions probation etc and are free of the courts. For me it’s been over 14 years. I got busted for a petty theft when I was like 18 still a kid doing dumb stuff but want to advance my career and am conceded it could still affect my future. This doesn’t explain if you’re asking for a fee waiver but if you’re paying out of pocket you don’t need to fill out that part. This was explained by a professional in a superior court but I do not guarantee anything take the advice at your own risk as am I but the DA showed me and allowed me to film it so fear not!!
