D23 Expo 2019 - Phineas and Ferb Panel with Dan & Swampy

The first 23 minutes of the Phineas and Ferb panel at the 2019 D23 Disney Expo in Anaheim, CA. Featuring show creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh as well as voice actor Vincent Martella (Phineas).

During the panel, they discuss the 8-year run of Phineas and Ferb, including early concept art, favorite stories from working on the show, and its lasting impact. They also give some details about the upcoming Disney+ movie “Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe” and briefly talk about the follow-up series Milo Murphy’s Law.

The video cuts out shortly after they transition into Phineas and Ferb trivia, as I enthusiastically stood up to answer the first question: “In which season does Phineas and Ferb take place?”. The remaining 15-ish minutes of the panel were just trivia and thanking the fans for coming. After the panel ended, I was able to briefly meet Dan, Swampy, and Vincent, which was incredibly fulfilling for me. They complimented my Major Monogram cosplay and responded positively when I told them that I wrote the Phineas and Ferb parody musical “Musical Without a Cool Acronym”.
