Michelin star Indian chef and restaurateur Sir Vikas has worked with The Taj, The Oberoi, Welcom Group, and Leela Group of Hotels and is widely famous across the globe as a leading personality. He loved cooking as a child and was inspired by his grandmother. He is also the goodwill ambassador of Smile Foundation and supports the cause of malnutrition in India. "Cooking for life" was founded by him back in 2011 in NYC to support social causes. In 2020, he started a "Feed India" initiative backed by many other global brands to deliver and supply food to those in need. Chef Vikas also authored a book titled "Kitchens of Gratitude" that has garnered worldwide recognition. His directorial debut 'The Last Color' is a film about the daily struggles for survival on the streets of the ancient city of Banaras, India, and the film made it to the final list of Oscar 2020 Eligibility for Best Film.
