Lori Province, Armenia | The ancient soul of Nature

Lori, the northernmost province of Armenia, can be considered an ancient cradle of civilization. 🏺 Its origins date back millennia, as scientific excavations have confirmed that there have been early settlements in the region long before life as we know it. 🌄⛰

The great Armenian king Ashot III established the Kingdom of Lori in the 10th century. 🌿🌔 It is a region filled with green fields, forested mountains, steep hills, and flowing rivers. 🌊 The nature of Lori feels like it has a history to tell about the faraway past of Armenia, its kings, and queens, its victories and glory. 🪨🌳
