Treat Bags from store bought chipboard tags

On my quest to reduce my stash, I found a box of chipboard tags that I had purchased from Michael's for $5 as a doorbuster. They also go on sale periodically for 70% off making them $6.00. There are 60 tags in the box, and using two per treat bag, I can make 30 treat bags. If you don't have the tags and don't want to buy them, I have the measurements for you to create your own from thick card stock or chip board.
It is a simple open top bag made from patterned paper, and the paper bag part measures 2 1/2" wide, by 1 1/4" deep, by 3 1/4" tall, and sits slightly inside the measurement of the tags. Although is is 1 1/4" deep, the contents you fit inside must be smaller, as the tags angle inward and create a "tent" shape. So, while this bag will not fit a Ferrero-Rocher (unless you leave the top open), it will fit thinner candies, smaller gifts, and even gift cards.
I hope you enjoy this project and give it a try, especially if you have tags in your stash!
