Prednost ove baklave je što se ljepše ispeče a agda se fino upije dovoljno da kore ne budu suhe ali da i dalje ima safta.

*Baklavu sam pekla pokrivenu jednom jufkom da mi ne gori, 1 sat na 170 stepeni.
*Potom sam uklonila tu jufku i pekla još 20 minuta na 160 stepeni da dobije finu boju.
*Za ove mjere sam koristila tepsiju promjera 28 cm.

- 500 gr jufki
- 200 gr putera
- 300 gr oraha
