Why don't we all take responsibility to bring innovation?

That is the question Caroline Basyn, Chief Digital and Information Technology Officer at The Adecco Group, a global workforce solutions company serving 100,000 customers with 25,000 recruiters around the world, is asking her entire organization.

Her answer is a three pillar AI strategy.

Pillar one is everyday AI. Whoever you are and whatever you do at Adecco you should be able to benefit from AI tools to do your job individually.

Pillar two is optimizing with AI. Using existing systems across HR, finance, and legal to find efficiencies and enhance what is already in place.

Pillar three is the most ambitious. Not doing better what they do today but doing differently what they do today.
