D C Railway Flyover

This model railway was designed with nostalgic memories of a childhood in Lethbridge, Alberta in the 1950's. The rails were the connection between developing communities. For instance, on passenger trains, there was a mail car, and mail was sorted on its' way to destinations. Things like boxes of baby chicks and cages of honeybees arrived in the spring, and boxes of apples for the winter, arrived by train in the fall.
