Corrections

I should have mentioned df+1,4 as his i13 punisher, especially since it transitions to Hermit
b+3 is not homing, as was briefly stated
f+2,3,4 will not counter hit combo, but the 4 on CH will cause a knockdown, where you can do Hermit f+4 followed by db+2,1+2
uf+1 and the 3rd hit of 1,2,1 also have a built-in parry
worth noting that d+2,4 is confirmable on CH. there is a dramatic crumple, like Kazumi's db+2
uf+3+4,1+2 is a WS punisher at i14

Updates

a series of balance changes affect a few things:
significant damage reductions: HER f+4 / df+1 / db+1,3 / f+3 / b+3 / f,f+2,2 / db+3,1+2 / db+4 / b+1 / WS 2 / WS 3 / b+2 followup
several moves have less frame advantage, but not generally from safe to unsafe
d+1+2 is now negative, doesn't force crouch, doesn't launch on CH
db+1,1+2 has been made -10 on block, the first hit has no crouch status anymore
ff+3 is no longer homing and is now -2 on block
1,1,1+2,1 no longer wall splats, but vs large characters d+1, uf+3+4,1+2 is still possible
HER 3,4 is now +1 on hit
f+3,1+2 / WS 3,1+2 is now -12 on block, -6 on hit
db+1,3 second hit now has mini combo - CH (db+1,)3 → FC df+4,1 → uf+3+4,1+2 (49 dmg)

New moves

ub+2 - mid punch strike, sabaki parry, -10 on block, +3 on hit
qcf+2 - 16f high launcher elbow

New combo paths

→ qcf+2 → f+3 → d+3,2 → Hermit 2,1 S! → uf+3+4,1+2 (72 dmg)
→ qcf+2 → f+2,3,4 → Hermit f+1 S! → uf+3+4,1+2 (72 dmg)

→ df+4,3 (2 hits) → d+3,2 → Hermit 2,1 S! → uf+3+4,1+2 (67 dmg)
→ df+4,3 (2nd hit only) → f+3 → d+3,2 → Hermit 2,1 S! → uf+3+4,1+2 (68 dmg)

→ f+2,3,4 → Hermit 2,1 S! → uf+3+4,1+2 (69 dmg)
→ f+3,1+2,4 → f+4,4 S! → uf+3+4,1+2 (68 dmg)

b+3 S! → b+3 → df+1 → 2,2 → uf+3+4,1+2 (8 hits, 63 dmg) - f,f+3 as 2nd hit is very inconsistent now
