US toddler released by Hamas: Grandfather thanks Joe Biden

The International Committee of the Red Cross said it facilitated and transferred 17 hostages from Gaza.

Three Thais nationals, one with Russian citizenship, were seen in Red Cross vehicles driving through the Rafah border crossing.

Among those released was Abigail Mor Idan, a dual US-Israeli citizen, who spent her 51 days in captivity.

Her grandfather paid tribute to Joe Biden’s role in her release.
