Wells Fargo established a dedicated LIBOR Transition Office to manage and oversee the transition work for the firm. Readie is responsible for thecompany’s strategic efforts to ensure clear and consistent information is shared with regulators, customers and other stakeholders transitioning from IBORs to new floating rate benchmarks. Prior to joining the LIBOR Transition Office, Readie was an investment banker for 13 years serving municipal and not-for-profit clients.
