Making your first film: whatever it takes!: Nicolas Forzy at TEDxPSUAD

Nicolas Forzy is a graduate of the London School of Economics. He started his career as an investment banker, then spent time in the French Army as an officer on a combat helicopter base, before stepping into independent production in Paris then London. An award-winning filmmaker whose first feature film AMBITION was produced for less than U$20,000 and was distributed across three continents, Nicolas is now a professional screenwriter and producer. He has been based in the UAE since 2007 and has recently completed his first novel for young adults, titled ALPHANUMERIC.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
