How to take Shilajit with milk ?

Shilajit can be taken with warm/hot milk. We show you how to prepare shilajit/shilajeet with milk.
Cold milk is generally not recommended as shilajit quickly dissolve in warm/hot milk but not in cold milk. Luke warm milk will also work.

What if I don't take or like hot milk ? In that case, you mix shilajit in warm milk. Let it come to room temperature. Then place it in a refrigerator for cooling. This way you can enjoy shilajit with cold milk too.

In Ayurveda, shilajit has been recommended to be consumed with milk. But you can also take shilajit with warm water, green tea or black coffee. Shilajit's taste could be little strong for some so you can also mix honey or jaggery to give it a sweet flavour.
