Did I Just Find an Abandoned Mansion? Cliffside Mansion.

This spot was a huge unexpected surprise for me. I spotted the building as I was driving through Crowsnest Pass AB, and had to stop and check it out. The sun was just setting when I drove by, so I found a spot to park for the night and then went for a full explore in the morning. When I first saw the building, I thought it was an abandoned mansion, but after starting my explore, I could easily tell that this was something industrial. I did some research after and was very amazed with what I was seeing. This is located just outside of the town of Frank, AB. Frank is most known for its giant landslide in 1903 that buried the existing city under rubble. That landslide was the most tragic natural disaster in Canadian history, claiming more than 70 lives. Much to my surprise, this building is a portion of ruins left from the original city, and it was a true pleasure to step my boots through a piece of history like this.
