muscular tissue and their types

Today we will discuss about the fascinating topic of Muscular Tissue and Nervous Tissue in Biology.
Muscular tissue is responsible for movement in the human body and is divided into three main types: Skeletal Muscle, Smooth Muscle, and Cardiac Muscle. Skeletal muscles are attached to bones and help in voluntary movements like walking and lifting objects. Smooth muscles are found in internal organs such as the stomach and intestines, and they work automatically without our control. Cardiac muscle is present only in the heart and continuously pumps blood throughout the body. Each muscle type has unique features based on its structure and function.
we also learned about Nervous Tissue, which plays a major role in controlling and coordinating body activities. Nervous tissue is made up of two main types of cells: Excitable cells (Neurons) and Non-excitable cells (Neuroglia). Neurons are specialized cells that receive and transmit nerve impulses, helping the body respond to stimuli. Neuroglia, or glial cells, support, protect, and nourish neurons.
The main functions of nervous tissue include receiving information from the environment, processing signals, and sending responses to different parts of the body. Together, muscular tissue and nervous tissue work in coordination to maintain movement, control, and communication within the body.
