The late Abdullah Mishari Al-Roudan's football tournament is a yearly contest that occurs only during the holy month of Ramadan. This year will mark the tournemnt's 36th year of on-going success. The tournament is held for 28 consecutive days, 3 games a day. there are 9 groups each group holds 4 teams. Each team consists of 5 main and 3 extra players. Al-Roudan is considered the first tournament in the gulf of its kind since 1979
