How to Peak Your Strength - My Prep/Taper for Strongman Corp Nationals 2020
This is a broad outline of the principles I use to schedule my workouts for the last few weeks before a meet. By allowing recovery to increase and fatigue to drop, a proper taper can allow you to come into a meet stronger than you were at any point during your training. I use this for strongman, but it also applies to powerlifting and other strength events.
