My videos have been late getting up. Sorry about that, but about a month ago, I went to Melbourne Beach. It's never something you knew you needed until you're at the beach. The negative ions, the birds, the sand on your feet, and the sound of the waves are therapeutic to me. I don't like getting into the ocean—that's a different story—but I hope you enjoy this day at the beach with us.
