Inspired by Maki Zenin in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, this hamstring-focused lower body workout is designed to build a physique that’s dense, powerful, and athletic. After reaching her full potential, Maki’s body reflects a fighter’s build: lean overall, brutally strong legs, thick hamstrings, and calves that support speed, balance, and explosive movement—strength that looks functional, not flashy.
This session prioritizes posterior-chain dominance while keeping quads and calves strong and balanced.
🏋️ Hamstring-Focused Workout Breakdown
Romanian Deadlift – The main hamstring builder. Strengthens the entire posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, lower back) while reinforcing hip hinge power and tendon resilience.
Barbell Shrugs – Builds upper-trap density, contributing to a strong, battle-ready frame that complements a powerful lower body.
Incline Seated Leg Press – Emphasizes glutes and hamstrings when feet are placed higher, adding lower-body strength without excessive spinal load.
Standing Calf Extensions (Platform Machine) – Develops calf strength and ankle stability, critical for agility, sprinting, and balance.
