Would you buy this garden furniture business for £500k?

I recently saw this garden furniture business in Warrington listed for sale on a broker site.

The broker lists ranges for the key numbers, with turnover between £200k to £500k and net profit between £50k and £100k.

The business was established in 2003 and offers a unique product range of maintenance-free garden furniture.

It operates from a 4000 sq ft premises in Cheshire and has an ecommerce site from which 60% of all its sales are generated.

The vendor is selling due to retirement and wants between £200,000 and £500,000 for the business, to included £25,000 of fixtures.

So the question is, would you buy it?
