Uk sea fishing - Shoreham beach plaice and bream fishing - this rig is magic

So me and tom headed down to Shoreham.. I wanted to fish some where different so Shoreham it was.. after seeing some reports of plaice and bream being caught I made my mind up packed the car and headed down with tom.. well the beach was packed so had to fish further along and was very hot!! but we did manage a few fish.
