‘I Hardly Smoke’: Deputy Busts Teen Who Admitted to Driving After Smoking Weed Cartridge

Deputy Frank Sloup arrests a nervous 19-year-old for suspected DUI after he admitted to smoking a weed cartridge two hours before driving on St. Patrick’s Day in 2022. The teen’s friend came to check on him during the traffic stop and also admitted he consumed THC before driving. “Jesus Christ, does anyone know that you can’t smoke and drive," Sloup exclaimed. “Your generation is doomed.”
