Hawaiian Airlines Inter-Island Service | B717-200 | HNL-KOA-OGG

Welcome to another video! In September 2021, I took a trip to Hawaii and had an opportunity to try out Hawaiian Airlines unique inter-island (island hopper) service. Hawaiian uses a fleet of Boeing 717-200's for these short islands to island hops, connecting all of the major Hawaiian Islands. Today, I'll be taking two different flights covering three islands. First, we'll take a flight from Honolulu (Oahu) over to Kailua-Kona on The Big Island (Hawai'i) on HA278. The second flight will be a shorter flight from Kona over to Kahului-Maui (Maui) on HA539. This is something I've always wanted to do and I'm excited to finally share it! Hawaii is a very special place, and I can't wait to take another trip there soon and highlight more of that these amazing islands have to offer! Enjoy the video!
