The Key to Fat Loss

Achieving fat loss is very easy provided one understands the scientific approach towards it. The right approach is very important and the right approach is the scientific approach. It is a myth that exercise is required for fat loss, let us understand this throught nutrition science. One can spend around 1-2 hrs of the day in exercise and during these hrs the body consumes a lot of energy, the demand for energy during these hrs increases; but we need to realise that the body consumes energy even during the rest of the day which consists of 23-22 hrs. The body utilizes energy during physical activity and even when the body is at rest, how effeciently the body can utilize energy during exercise and even at rest will define the fat loss. The answers to all questions related to fat loss can be explained throught biochemistry which is the science of nutrition.
