Deadpool (Xbox Series X) I Am Deadpool Achievement Guide

My next video will feature an achievement guide revolving around the I Am Deadpool achievement within the game Deadpool! This game released on the Xbox One and Xbox Series families of consoles on November 17th, 2015. It was developed by High Moon Studios and published by Activision.

In this video, I walk you through how to acquire the I Am Deadpool achievement which revolves around completing the “Front Gates of EEEEEEEVIL” mission from start to finish using only Deadpool’s swords (katanas) and pistols.

The Be Like Joe achievement requires you to complete the “Front Gates of EEEEEEEVIL” mission from start to finish using only Deadpool’s swords (katanas) and pistols. The main thing to remember when attempting this achievement is that difficulty doesn't matter so playing through this mission on the Genetically Superior difficulty is going to make this much easier.

The pistols will most certainly be your friends throughout this mission as a lot of the enemies will also have ranged weapons and can easily mow you down if you try to take them on with only using melee attacks. Using the Momentum Skills is allowed and I definitely used them a lot more while going for this achievement then I probably did during my original playthrough of the entire game (since you're limited in the weapons that you can use).

As long as you don't accidentally switch weapons (and use them), use any of the thrown weapons (although I have read that some people accidentally used them and it didn't void the achievement) or accidentally run out of ammo (as doing so and then attempting to shoot will make Deadpool automatically switch ranged weapons and fire them off) then you should have no problem obtaining this achievement. Dying also doesn't matter when it comes to the achievement so you can keep replaying this as much as you can without worrying about it voiding the achievement.
