Through the work of volunteers, Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery offers natural burials to people who want to be reconnected with the Earth when they pass. I interviewed board member and gravedigger Houston Wells about the process and his own thoughts about death. This interview reminded me of the Latin saying “momento mori”, which means remember your death. This short doc was created for a documentary prep class at the University of Florida
