At just 5.6mm thin, the TCM’s 6-ply USA maple shells with 45° bearing edges ring out with absolute authority. Toms boast a wide tuning range and excellent intervallic relationships, while bass drums pack a modern attack and timeless warmth to connect with your audience onstage and on tape. The Tour Custom Maple builds on Yamaha's 50 years in the drum industry, borrowing features from its award-winning Absolute series kits, including one-point lug attachments and YESS mounts to maximize sustain. Stick-saving rounded 2.3mm Dyna-Hoops and eye-catching satin finishes give the Tour Custom Maple great stage appeal.
