Encouraging a positive mindset, the speaker acknowledged that everyone faces failures but urged the audience to develop alternative thinking and embrace the idea that there is always another road ahead. He is MD & CEO of Tech Mahindra & Chairman of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited .
In a career over 40 years, CP has held several leading positions with Hewlett Packard Ltd., Perot Systems (India) Ltd., and HCL Corporation Ltd. His exhaustive comprehension of company operations, business acumen, proficiency of global markets, strategic cerebration, and experience leading bold transformations helped him to rise to the occasion numerous times. He was the force behind one of the biggest turnarounds of Indian Corporate History - the acquisition and merger of Satyam. He is the Chairman of the CII National Committee on IT & ITeS. CP has also served as a Chairman of NASSCOM for the year 2016-2017. He has also been part of the Indian Prime Minister’s CEO delegations to multiple countries.
