FITNESS influencer Rahki Giovanni gives booty shaping advice to Courtney Barnes after her surgery to remove her 59" butt. Courtney, known on social media as Ms. Miami, has previously undergone three rounds of illegal butt shots to increase the size of her bottom. Her booty has helped gain her the notoriety she enjoys today. But after years of sporting a larger than life behind, 36-year old Courtney no longer felt her booty portrayed the woman she inspires to be. Not knowing what was injected into her bum, it took Courtney five years to find a surgeon to take on the challenging task. Since then, Courtney has undergone 10 rounds of invasive surgery removing 12 inches from her hips and 30lbs of scar tissue and fat from her behind. Now that Courtney has had her surgery, Rahki has offered to help Courtney maintain her Ms. Miami status by showing her that with some hard work at the gym, anything is possible.
