To perform the concept we have to perform following setting’s
Go to Accounting vouchers
Press F11
Press F2
use debit/credit note – Yes
use invoice mode for debit note – Yes
use invoice mode for credit note – Yes
Problem:
• Mr.Nehaal stated a new business with 400000
• Furniture purchased – 5000
• Rent received - 20000
Purchase as Follows from Robo Traders:
• Headphones 50 sets Each one 350
• Pendrives 50 no’s Each one 200
• Monitors 20 no’s Each one 3000
Purchase Returns:
• Headphones 5 sets from Robo Traders
• Pendrives 5 no’s from Robo Traders
• Monitors 2 no’s from Robo Traders
• Cash paid to Robo Traders
Sales as Follows to Chitti Traders:
• Headphones 40 sets Each one 550
• Pendrives 40 no’s Each one 300
• Monitors 10 no’s Each one 5000
Sales Returns:
• Headphones 5 sets from Chitti Traders
• Pendrives 5 no’s from Chitti Traders
• Monitors 2 no’s from Chitti Traders
• Cash from Chitti Traders
