This painting is inspired by Jervis Bay. It has the most beautiful colour water and white sand! I mostly used the 2 inch hake brushes and the round sable. Thanks for watching!

The colours I used were: cerulean blue, mix of cobalt blue and light red, cobalt turquoise light, cobalt turquoise, burnt umber, raw umber and yellow ochre.

I used quite a few 2 inch hake brushes, the 6 inch hake brush, the pure kolinsky round sable and the fine sable to paint the birds and sign it.

It was painted on Rives BFK etching paper by Arches 280gsm 28cm by 76cm.

It was taped on using invisible tape tape from Woolworths.

Rives BFK etching paper. Probably best to source this from your local store so you can look after the paper and not have it posted unless you are buying a large amount of paper and it will be looked after. There is nothing worse than getting hundreds of sheets all with a indent in them. Having said that you can actually source this paper from amazon:

I love this paper it is soft and lights are lifted easily from it.
