One Minute Abdominal Circuit Workout | SEAL Roger Roberts
Do a 1 minute set for each exercise in a complete circuit. Take a 2 minute break after each circuit, and do a total of 3 circuits. This is NOT a race. Do each exercise with perfect technique.
