NATO deploys part of combat-ready response forces for Ukraine

NATO has said it is deploying part of its combat-ready response forces and will continue to send weapons to Ukraine, including air defences.

It accused Russia of trying to topple the government in Kyiv and said the invasion of Ukraine had been a terrible strategic mistake.
