An animation meme is different than a normal meme. The definition of meme according to google is "an element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, especially imitation" (That basically means a meme is information that is passed around and changed by others as it goes.)
In the current year, the word 'meme' usually means funny internet joke. But in 'Animation meme' the meme part means the original definition. In an animation meme, people will usually have about a 40 second section of a song, animate it, and others will take those 40 seconds and animate something very similar.
