Jay and Greg challenged themselves to train for a whole 12 hours in their local city of St. Albans. The conditions were to move spot every 30(ish) mins and film at least one run each over this course of time, one break every three hours was also allowed. This was an experiment as much as it was a test to see how fatigue would affect the way we trained and approached finding new lines in an old place of practising.
