Destiny 2: Do You Even Know Elemental Well Mods Exist?

Destiny 2 has rolled out a tiny number of new specialized mods, Elemental Well mods, that come from the HELM and only work on new armor. Are they worth using and forgoing a Charged with Light or Warmind Cell mod in that slot?
