Rusted trailer shock bolts removal.
This is a video about trailer shocks that I couldn't remove. I tried leverage-heat-torque wrench, and nothing would work so I cut them off and went through shock rubber to the bolt. I used a reciprocating saw with a diablo blade. After I went through half way I used a torque wrench to break the bolt.
I did have to hammer out the bolt on a couple, but most came right out after broken.
