My Tascam Model 24 is Broken... Aux 1 and 2 are NOT WORKING AT ALL....

I’ve been trying to connect pedals through AUX 1 and 2 on my Tascam Model 24 mixer… and NOTHING. No signal. After lots of testing, I'm convinced these AUX sends are completely dead. This was an open box unit from Long and McQuade — I literally found it sideways on the floor.

Will Long and McQuade make good on the warranty? Let's find out together. Meanwhile, I'm rerouting through Subgroups and FX Sends — but this really messes up my workflow.
