How to make a bonsai tree - from a cutting

In this video, I show you how to make a beautiful mini-tree from a healthy branch cutting. The style I create is a "Slanting Style" bonsai, also known as "Shakan" . This tiny bonsai is ideal as a gift, especially if it comes from a cutting from your garden or from your own bonsai tree.

Because I studied the branch structure and carefully planned my work, I was able to convert the tiny cutting from its grow pot to a blue bonsai pot in less than 5 minutes. This is not a race against time! The key is to enjoy this little hobby and it's better to take your time over it! I just wanted to demonstrate that it is an easy job, and the final bonsai is very attractive. The bonsai soil will make sure that little tree thrives as long as it is given plenty of light and regular watering.
