Pilates For ABS and BUTT 💕 obliques and hips toning workout

Get ready to sculpt your core, and work that cute lil' booty of yours!
Expect lots of side bending and twisting to work those obliques, helping create a tiny waist. Who needs a waist trainer, when you have Pilates!

We will also practice some balance and stability exercises to activate those deep core muscles that pull the abdominals in and give us a flat tummy.

The exercises are designed to target all the muscles in the glutes and hips, helping to create that nice curvy, hourglass shape.

This workout is perfect to do at home or at a gym. It is a full body Pilates workouts that is suitable for all fitness levels. Take beginner modification if necessary.
