Daisy's home cooking 🥂 🍵 Muskmelon Juice Recipe | Kharbuja Juice

Ingredients
1 muskmelon / rockmelon
1 tbsp sabudana, soaked
3 cup water, for boiling
3 cup milk
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tbsp suger
1 tbsp chia seeds, soacked
cashew, chopped
badam, chopped

Method
firstly, chop 1 muskmelon / rockmelon into pieces.
transfer the melon to into the blender and grind it to smooth juice. keep aside.
in a pan takes 1 tbsp abudana and 3 cup water.
stir and boil for 5 minutes or until the sabudana softens.
drain off the sabudana pearls and keep them aside.
in a large bowl take 3 cup milk and 1 tbspcustard powder.
whisk and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
transfer the custard milk mixture and cook well.
continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
further, add 1 tbsp sugar and mix well. custard milk is ready.
cool completely and transfer the custard milk to a large bowl.
add prepared muskmelon juice.
also, add1 tbsp chia seeds, and boiled sabudana.
add add cashew, badam
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
chill the sharbat and finally, enjoy the muskmelon sharbat.
