Welcome to my ASMR channel - videos for relaxation, decreasing anxiety and depression. Growing up in Ukraine I enjoyed back scratches, arm scratches and hair brushing/playing/shampooing with my younger sister. Every time I’m in a dark place mentally, I turn to ASMR and it does wonders.
