To be clear, there's absolutely nothing wrong with Toyotas. A 4Runner and a Land Cruiser are both great choices, and are ready to take out with just a good set of tires. If you're shopping for a used Toyota or Land Cruiser, then consider a Lexus. They're very similar in capability and often cheaper!
