C-FLY FAITH 2 - HOW TO INSTALL THE NEW “IMAGE & HARDWARE” FIRMWARE UPGRADE (MAY 2021)

**WARNING PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE FIRMWARE UPGRADE**

***FIRMWARE FILE IN FOLDER***
To install the actual firmware file shown in the video above, you must open the firmware folder itself and remove the corresponding (.zip) file that matches your drone version (i.e. CFLY_A) and transfer it into an empty SD card. Then you can insert the card into the drone, turn it on and wait 3-4 minutes.

Do not do this firmware upgrade if your drone’s version is: DF808-v2.4-******** this version is too old and needs to upgrade the repeater version of the drone first, which you can download here with the instructions document: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17q5qi6LuUmZDoxcXbORxWskb40fT6lAS/view?usp=drivesdk

So many have been waiting for a firmware upgrade for the C-Fly Faith 2 and its finally here. In this video I'll show you a quick step by step on how to install the firmware. Below I've left a link to download the folder with all of the directory files and other information as well. Please watch the whole video carefully and follow the exact procedures the way that I have demonstrated it. After successfully doing the upgrade, you will see the numerical changes made to your “Image Version” and “Hardware Version” in the settings of the CFLY 2 app. It’s best to do this procedure using a laptop or computer but it can also be done on a tablet or phone as well.

This upgrade is to improve the FPV image transmission, remote transmission range and overall flight performance of the drone.
