BrewTools B80pro FULL SYSTEM Brew Day - American Stout

Another brew from “The Bible”. This will take a little while to condition, so I’ll raise a glass of this with you all closer to Christmas!

Only change to the recipe from the book is the hop amounts due to some minor Alpha Acid adjustments. Other than that, it’s a 15 minute mash rest, 60 minute mash, 15 minutes mash out at 75oC (not shown, sorry!) and a 75 minute boil. All done for 2 batches - as always, aiming for 2 x 23 litres in the fermenters.
