I replaced the mock floor that was wood, with acrylic.
Dremel used to cut the triangles for increased airflow from the lower shelf.

Once tubing is conceptualized. I will feed the tubing through the acrylic hopefully with just the tube running through the acrylic I would like to avoid using a pass-through fitting.

I will be attaching a second piece of acrylic behind the pump and reservoir to hide the SSD trays.

Fans installed on the front 360 are the corsair RS 120. I chose these fans for four of the fans so that they would not be excessive. I also chose these fans so that I can directly connect them to the motherboard independently. It will be the same fan that I use for exhaust on the 120 mm.

The bottom 480 mm radiator (intake) in the top 480 mm radiator (exhaust) will use the corsair icue link LX 120 to add a little bit of RGB I believe will be reflective of the acrylic and glass tubing.
