FINALLY SBA DISASTER LOAN (EIDL) APPROVED!

I received an email from SBA and my loan has been approved finally...

There are so many unknown factors....

1) $15,000 is the max loan amount now? Really? what if someone requires more than that?

2) Why so many people are not receiving the email from SBA for setting up their portal account? Why did I receive the email so quickly compare to others?

3) If the loan amount is less than $25,000, SBA should not take any collateral. However, my loan documents shows they require to have my business as collateral... even my loan is less than $25,000.
Awww...so many questions, but there is no person can answer clearly!
