I will live in Florida with hurricanes and all. Yes, I said it, I live in Florida. I have lived in Florida since 1996 and lived through many hurricanes and tropical storms. Living in Florida is so rewarding and a few hurricanes and tropical storms won't change that! Hurricane Elsa was no different. She was a lot of rain and not much more. Every Pros and cons of living in Florida will mention a hurricane. They have to, it's an obligation. Moving to Florida in 2021 does not change that fact. Flooding during a hurricane is another concern. You will see how flooding during a hurricane affects us. Storms will come and go. Living in Florida in 2021 also bring a lot of questions about the housing market. We will discuss that as well.
