How hat pinching breaks your Panama hat

At the front of your hat is what is called the pinch. It is the shape that your hat has been formed into. Unfortunately, if you pinch your Panama hat repeatedly, it will form a hole (often very quickly) and you will be sad.
When someone buys a Panama in my store, I give them care instructions and talk about two important things :
1. Don't leave your Panama in a hot car - it will cook it
2. Don't pinch the front or it will break
Now for many people buying from normal hat stores, they would never know that this is very important in greatly extending the life of your Panama. Drop-shippers don't care what you do - if you break it, they will sell more.
But I hate to see a good Panama wasted - so watch this movie and learn.
