I studied abroad in Lyon, France last school year at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and in this video I talk about 10 things I learned during my exchange year. My list includes learning how to enjoy my own company, learning how to stay present, having boundaries with friendships and my experience dealing with the cultural differences when living in France such as the lack of ‘hustle and grind culture’!
